Discover the Stories Behind Our Beer: Part 3 - Bold Flavours & More Global Adventures

If our core range is about home, and our collaborations and specials are about creativity, this next chapter is about all of that and more. At Lord Chambray, some beers are born to push boundaries: with bold ingredients, unexpected styles, and stories that stretch across continents. These cans invite you to travel further, taste deeper, and experience craft beer at full throttle, with designs made to match that feeling.

Let’s explore some more of our beers that dare to be different, inside the can and out.

Defrosting

When summer heat feels like it could melt everything, Defrosting is the crisp relief you need. Brewed as a Cold IPA, it’s clean, hop-forward, and designed for scorching days. The label’s yellow rubber duck floating in cool water captures exactly what this beer delivers. It’s playful refreshment when you require it most, or, come to think of it, any time of year when you need to cool down!

No Limit

Big and bold, No Limit isn’t shy about its strength. At 10% ABV, this barley wine shares the depth and warmth of fine wine while staying rooted in the world of craft beer. Its minimalist pink-and-purple design, paired with a subtle corkscrew illustration, hints at that crossover with wine. For those who want complexity, No Limit lives up to its name and has a design that matches.

Longan Breeze

Born from a collaboration with a Taiwanese brewery, Longan Breeze carries the smoky sweet longan fruit into every sip. Its label, which is a red lantern swaying in the breeze, bridges the gap between East and West, Gozo and Taiwan. Exotic, elegant, and refreshing, it’s proof of how far flavour can travel when brewers work together.

Drum Roll

This wheat beer, brewed with Italy’s legendary Baladin brewery, is a show in itself. The label’s drum and sticks recall Baladin’s origins under a circus big top, and this collab keeps the spirit of performance alive. Smooth and lively, Drum Roll is a beer that knows how to set the stage.

Route 66

Smooth, steady, and full of American character, Route 66 is our nod to the open road. Brewed as an American Pale Ale, it balances crisp bitterness with a touch of nostalgia. Its vintage gas pump label evokes pit stops and long drives across American highways and reminds us that every journey deserves a good beer once it’s over.

Cantaloupe Island

Our first canned Gose was always going to be something special. Brewed with Italian pioneers LATTA and infused with juicy cantaloupe melon, this beer riffs on “Cantaloupe Island,” a jazz classic that inspired its name. The design leans into the groove too, featuring sunglasses straight off a jazz stage. Refreshing, smooth, and a little funky, it’s sunshine in a glass.

A Toda Velocidad

Created with Denmark’s iconic To Øl brewery, this Mexican Lager with lime zest races out of the gate with pure zest and festive spirit. The label features a Mexican skull, complete with To Øl logos hidden in its eyes and moustache. It’s a beer that fuses cultures, celebrates creativity, and brings speed, spice, and fiesta energy to the can.

Beer Without Borders

These beers are more than one-offs: they’re journeys. From Taiwan to Denmark, jazz halls to desert highways, playful ducks to Mexican skulls, they show just how far beer can travel, in flavour, in culture, and in imagination.

At Lord Chambray, we believe every can should take you somewhere. Sometimes it’s Gozo. Sometimes it’s halfway across the world. But it’s always an adventure worth cracking open.
