Tasting, however, is a sensory experience. Our head brewer behind Lord Chambray’s bold and creative beers, Slawek is the guy making sure every batch is brewed to perfection. He’s part artist, part scientist, and fully dedicated to making sure every sip of Lord Chambray beer is top-notch. You might see him on a brewery tour, or generally around the brewery, especially if he’s running around working on the next brew.
